chickens needs help

Hi everyone my chicken was attacked by a neighborhood dog 2 nights ago. She’s been eating and drinking but can’t walk right. Is there anyone willing to take care of here, I’d really hate to put her down and I just don’t have the time to take care of her like she’s needs.
