If you are a current Realtor, Medicare Specialist, Insurance Agent becoming a Notary Public will give you the upper hand in a highly saturated market of others that do what you do. As a Notary Public you will organically build your book of business by helping others and making money at the same time! We will be discussing: 1. How to become a Notary. 2. We will go over how to start your own notary business from creating your LLC to advertising. 3. What a Notary Public can and can’t notarize. 4. We will go over how to complete different types of notary acts. 5. We will review general documents as well as real estate documents. 6. We will have a mock closing for a refinance or purchase.
