Looking to start a hard rock/heavy metal band

I'm currently the lead guitarist in a band that isn't serious enough for me. Looking to start a new one. I write songs and all that. My big inspirations are Iron Maiden, Thin Lizzy, Venom, early Slayer (think Show No Mercy), and probably a lot more I can't think of right now. Must be willing and able to play together multiple times per week. I have some connections and will be able to get us gigs. I need a singer, a bassist, a drummer, and a rhythm/secondary lead guitarist. If you contact me, I can send you demos so you know I can actually play guitar and write songs lol. Also I'm 19 so preferably people around my same age (late teens early 20s). (Unless you wanna be like the Mic Mars old man of the band. But you have to be really great to pull that off).
