Looking for a reliable, organized, experienced, and trustworthy W9 Handy-man as you will be inside tenants homes (with manger supervision). Position will start in the White Center/Burien area. Ideal candidate is someone who has knowledge of appliances such as Dishwashers, Stoves, Water Heaters, Washers and Dryers and much more. We have several properties and our appliances vary from GE, Hotpoint, Kenmore and possibly more, it is important for us to find someone who has knowledge of appliances, painting and unit turnovers, or willing to learn. A great attitude when ask to perform any task and have your own commute as you may get asked to go to different job sites. This is an hourly pay position for a W9 handy-man (pay can be discussed depending on experience). If you would like an in person interview feel free to contact me at any time.
