Carmel Realty Company Property Management is excited to offer a full-time position as maintenance and technical support to our Vacation Rental, Estate Management and Long- Term Rental Departments. The ideal candidate would have a good understanding and comprehension of basic home maintenance, be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, and possess a professional manner and appearance. Duties and skills to Include: • Ability to follow direction and communicate well with team members. • Basic knowledge of home maintenance and repairs. • General Tech Support – TVs, remotes, Wi-Fi, routers, etc. • Ability to troubleshoot basic household issues: pilot lights, resetting breakers, barbecues. • Assist Vacation, Estate Management, Commercial, and Long-Term Rental Specialists in all aspects of guest support. • Assisting in multiple properties throughout the workday. • Building out delivered products for homes: beds, closets, small tables, exterior furniture, etc. • Pickups and Deliveries to and from homes: luggage, propane tanks, etc. • Selective concierge service. • Be flexible and available for weekend and after hour support as needed. • Must be professional in appearance, polite, and personable. • Committed to providing premier customer service to our high-end clientele. • Knowledge of Pebble Beach and Carmel areas a plus. • Provide own transportation. • This is a full-time position with benefits. Salary depending on experience.
