Meet and network with prime subcontractors for the Broward County Convention Center and Hotel Project. Please join Balfour Beatty Construction to meet their prime subcontractors in person and network at the site of the Convention Center and Hotel Project. Vice President Operations, John Parker will provide a project update for the east expansion to the convention center, hotel and discuss opportunities for CBEs. Learn how to become a Broward County Certified Business Enterprise (CBE). This matchmaking session will also introduce prime subcontractors with other potential CBE and non-CBE subcontractors. A site map showing access to the Convention Center and parking in the North Port Garage is included below. NOTE: Entrance to the Port from 17th Street (as shown on the map) is the only way to access the Convention Center. There is no Port Everglades security checkpoint to access the garage. COVID guidelines will be adhered to, including facial coverings and social distancing.
