Winter hike through Trexler Nature Preserve
We will be doing a modified version of the attached hike, likely going 5-6 miles depending on the route we choose with roughly 1000 ft of elevation gain. This will be a great opportunity to do some low key winter hiking. The Preserve offers beautiful views, rolling hills, covered bridges, and much more to experience.
Recommended gear includes 2 liters of water, snacks(!), layers, and shoes with good traction. I would recommend microspikes just in case although they might not be necessary. There is a large parking lot and bathrooms at the start of the trail. Please reach out if any questions!
