Immediate opening for a Maintenance person working part-time with full time hours available. The hours vary based on current projects. Most work is task driven, which means that often you will be able to pick the time of the day or night to accomplish the tasks, making this an excellent second job or where you are just interested in picking up some extra money! Light maintenance – changing lights, ceiling tiles, repairs, small painting projects etc. Reliable transportation is a must – you will be traveling locally and paid both on the clock and by the mile. There might be some light cleaning/disinfection of the tax offices required. Great candidates are self-motivated, reliable and willing to be part of a fast-moving team.
