District officials say the reorganization is intended to help increase their student graduation rate. The decision follows recent findings from a New York City school where students saw a 95% success in graduation rates when separated by gender. The pass grants one admission to the fair each day and is a discount of $45 for people who attend all twelve days. As the winner of the award, the BCAT will receive $50,000 in grant support and a chance to participate in comprehensive leadership training.
