YORK, PA — A Perry Hall man was reportedly arrested in Pennsylvania recently in connection with a burglary and assault on an officer. Donald A. Wellner Jr., 30, will be appearing in district court in York, Pa., on Friday, according to the York Dispatch. Police said around 1:45 a.m. last Thursday morning, Wellner broke into a business in the 2400 block of South Queen Street and was later found leaving a house nearby with items taken in the burglary, the Dispatch reported. When an officer tried to stop him, Wellner reportedly dragged the police officer in his vehicle. Read the full story on the York Dispatch.
