I am a 55-Year-old heterosexual male. Don't drink, drugs all done with that lifestyle. Will be trying to quit smoking next but I still smoke outside for now. I work from home helping others all day from my computer and desk. Would like to find a roommate who has the capability of No Drama and a stable lifestyle as well. It's tough out here for a rental. I can get a rental for $1400.00 per month I would need to split expenses with somebody. Keep in mind you'll have to pass a background check for most places I have in mind. I'm thinking of a 55+ community. Wherever doesn't really matter as long as I have a big enough room for a Bed and Desk. I have the deposit and will pass credit. Looking for same.
