Don't try to take the Community Shuttle Today at 1111a at Winn Dixie on NE 7 Av/NE 6 st, the NW Community link shuttle bus went right by me. Stopped at the red light crossing US1 which lasted so long I was able to run up and bang on the door. She yelled 'Don't you bang on my door ever again.' She drove across US1 into the Flagler Village condo area. Said she was not going to the terminal. The shuttle going the other way hadn't come by since 1030a-1130a. So she had to be the shuttle going into downtown. Its not like I can't walk a block. Better than standing there for another half-hour. It was sprinkling a little. She didn't say where the stop was or ask where are you going. Then the Downtown Loop shuttle went by without stopping. At the terminal he said there's no stop there. And thats the other driver not him. I've encountered this driver before. The first time I tried to get on to ride the route and she said you can't do that and the shuttle does not go by Winn Dixie, you can't get on this bus (the shuttle goes right by it). Then she said there's no Winn Dixie at the Tri Rail station, whatever that has to do with it. I most certainly am going to bang on the door if you're a bus. I'm an older white female over 60 and not carting luggage. And no I'm not going to give her a tip. I haven't been back in a long time but there's definitely an attitude here. I think they lie and say there's riders but they really just want to drive and listen to their phone.
