Riptide Beach Club is in need of a preventative maintenance person who is detailed oriented and has the maintenance skills to repair things that are in need of service on the checklist in rooms before
people move in. This list includes:
*maintains the basic upkeep for all rooms by ensuring all furniture, appliances, and electrical equipment such as televisions, refrigerators, stoves, and light fixtures are in working order.
*Touch-up paint as needed
*Change air filters
*Perform minor adjustments to HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in the hotel.
