A Chinese restaurant has closed its doors after more than 50 years in Downtown Evansville.
Shing-Lee shut down Saturday after 51 years on Main St.
And based on social media, the last day was a busy one.
The restaurant posted on Facebook Saturday evening: "Wish we could fulfill all of our loyal customers' orders; however, we have all of the orders we can handle for the rest of the night."
The owners, who decided to retire, again thanked their customers for their loyalty.
There's no word on what might move into the space at 215 Main St.
