Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 01/25/2022 4:00 AM 01/24/22 2022-0249, Deceptive Practices: On 012422 at 1201pm, Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 10000 block of Fox River Drive, Fox Township, for a deceptive practice. The incident is under investigation. 2022-0249, Deceptive Practices: 2022-0256, Theft/Trespassing: On 01/24/22 at 5:25 p.m., deputies responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Beauwick Drive in Oswego Township. After investigation, Rudolph Plumley, a 27-year-old male from the 4000 block of Minkler Road in Oswego Township, was arrested for theft and trespassing. Plumley was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2022-0257, DUI:  On 01/24/2022 at 6:43 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the area of Boulder Hill Pass and Route 25, Oswego Township for a report of a suspicious circumstance.  Contact was made with Karol A. Summerfield, a 65-year-old female, from the 0-50 block of Old Post Rd., Oswego Township who was taken into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol.  Summerfield was transported to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office for processing.  2022-0260, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis: On 01/24/22 at 11:48 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Carpenter St near W Veterans Parkway in Bristol Township for an equipment violation. Maria Garcia-Solorzano, a 22-year-old female from the 100 block of Bluff St in Aurora, was cited for unlawful possession of cannabis outside approved container. Garcia-Solorzano was issued a recognizance bond. 2022-0260, No Valid Driver's License: On 01/24/22 at 11:48 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Carpenter St near W Veterans Parkway in Bristol Township for an equipment violation. Kevin Aguilar-Hernandez, a 20-year-old male from the 600 block of Edward St in Aurora, was cited for no valid driver's license and unlawful possession of cannabis. Aguilar-Hernandez was issued a recognizance bond and released. 2022-0261, In-State Warrant: On 01/24/22 at 11:48 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Carpenter St near W Veterans Parkway in Bristol Township for an equipment violation. Maria Garcia-Solorzano, a 22-year-old female from the 100 block of Bluff St in Aurora, who was wanted on a Kendall County Failure to appear warrant for Retail Theft with bond set at $3000 x10% and an Illinois State Police Failure to appear warrant for consumption of liquor/minor with bond set at $5000 x 10%. Garcia-Solorzano was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2022-0262, No Valid Driver's License:  On 01/25/22 at 1:58 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Route 31 and Light Rd., Oswego Township.  The driver Marshawn J. Cheatham, a 31-year-old male, from the 100-150 block of Dolores St., Oswego Township was cited for no valid driver's license, and speeding.  Cheatham was released on a recognizance bond. The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
