The Tinley Park Public Library is seeking an energetic, positive, customer service-oriented Computer Assistant. This part-time position primarily assists library patrons with the public computers and wireless network. The successful candidate will communicate clearly and courteously with library users and staff. Additionally, candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think on their feet. The ability to provide consistent and friendly service to library patrons of all ages is a must. The Computer Assistant reports to the Adult Services Assistant Manager and is part of the Adult Services Department, a friendly and dedicated team that provides exceptional customer service in a comfortable, welcoming space.
