ST. CHARLES, IL — The St. Charles Liquor Control Commission has revoked the license for Massage World. The business, located at 615 South Randall Road, #100, has been fined $1,250 and also ordered to pay for court costs, according to a city of St. Charles news release. The business was first cited on Dec. 10.
