NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Sergio Barrientos Moreno, 36, of Pine Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Oct. 17, 2021, in Nashua. Nathan Moulton, 44, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a handgun at another person on Oct. 14, 2021, in Nashua. David J. Murray, 52, of Elm Street in Milford on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing lawnmowers and a snowblower from United Ag and Turf in Milford on July 21, 2021. Kerri Ann Nichols, 43, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges (fentanyl and methamphetamine) on Oct. 6, 2021, in Merrimack. Christopher Nieves, 18, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of deposited fraudulent checks into and withdrawing money from his account on Dec. 2, 2020, in Nashua. Dominic Nutting, 27, of Wilton Road in Milford on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge from Sept. 29, 2021, in Milford. Amanda Parent, 31, of Baker Street in Hudson on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges (meth, buprenorphine, and lorazepam) on Oct. 28, 2021, in Merrimack. Matthew Paulino, 35, of Silvestri Circle in Derry on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges (fentanyl and meth) on Sept. 1, and Nov. 18, 2021, in Nashua. Michael Pelletier, 48, of Harmony Lane in Hooksett on a felony attempted computer pornography prohibited charge. He was accused of using a computer to receive information about an underage girl in an effort to have sexual contact with her between July 6 and Sept. 14, 2021, in Nashua.
