Description
The Guest Services Manager is responsible for assisting front desk employees and management of Concessions. This includes staff evaluations, operational manuals, staff training (monthly), etc. They will also be responsible for filling out paperwork, keeping the other managers informed of scheduling issues and any other concerns. Position may also have specific roles in managing Front Desk Staff and running the facility when a full-time manager is not present. Also responsible for organization and execution of special events for the rink, including budget monitoring. Responsible for all bookings at Ice Valley Centre. This includes birthday parties, Schools on Ice, Scout groups, Fundraiser Skates, Group skates, etc. Position reports to the FM. This is an at-will position.
