Press release from the City of Dayton: January 25, 2022 Temperatures in Dayton are expected to be dangerously low for the next two nights, with the wind chill index well below zero. The low tonight is forecasted to be around 5 degrees, with the wind chill index registering as low as 15 to 20 degrees below zero. With these temperatures, the City of Dayton will operate warming centers at its three recreation centers during normal business hours, 8 a.m. until 9 p.m.: • Greater Dayton Recreation Center, 2021 W. Third St., 937-333-4732 • Northwest Recreation Center, 1600 Princeton Ave., 937-333-3322 • Lohrey Recreation Center, 2366 Glenarm Ave., 937-333-3131.
