The Pool Manager works at the Brookdale Racquet Club (BRC) in a fun, outdoor environment – always dubbed “the heart of Brookdale (the best neighborhood in Naperville)” in summer! The Pool Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of the BRC pool and lifeguards from Memorial Day to Labor Day, working approximately 35 hours per week on a flexible schedule weekday afternoons and evenings and 2-3 weekend days per month with some flexible, paid, mostly remote, preseason planning and opening activity (Jan - May). The BRC Pool Manager may take summer vacation time, scheduling coverage by assistant managers and head lifeguards and informing the BOD. The Pool Manager works with the Aquatics Manager who schedules and manages group swim lessons, private swim lessons, adult fitness swimming and weekday morning pool opening and operations, and the BRC Accountant who manages the budget, payroll, expenses, etc. For details and to apply, see www.brookdaleracquetclub.com.
