Lovely family in Laguna Niguel, CA looking for Long Term Full Time Nanny. Must be an amazing communicator, LOVE kids, engage them at a deep emotional level, take a ton of initiative, be an excellent organizer, and great family assistant. Live out with the occasional overnight and travel needed. Family has 6 children (5 yo triplet boys, 4yo girl, and 2yo twins boy/girl). Mom is home a good majority of the day and together you will divide and conquer with the kids. This is not a solo position where you are left alone with all 5 kids. Eventually, we would love to work up to that, but this is not that type of role. Interviews are being conducted via agency. Must be an experienced, mature candidate who will care for the children like their own. Client is looking for someone who will provide a safe, loving, stimulating, and educational environment for the children. In addition to childcare, the role will require light household duties and errands. MUST BE PRESENT - We are not looking for someone who will be on their cell phone, laptop, or watching tv. If you cannot step away from your technology, this is NOT the role for you. At times, the family may have other Babysitters and Nannies in the home as well that will assist with child supervision. Hours and Pay: Tuesday-Saturday, 12 noon to 8 pm, $30 an hour per W2 + PTO days, full medical benefits including vision and dental, 401 K program, and paid holidays (if they land on a working day) Duties include but are not limited to: Guiding children with a caring and very loving nature and creating a safe, close, relationship with them Reading, singing, and sensory play Allow supervised outdoor playtime, being able to swim is plus Help cook/prep dinner for kids and pack lunches/snacks Tidy up the kitchen as needed Keep the house tidy, organize and make beds Help with household jobs like - -drop off dry cleaning, alterations, etc. Online and Amazon shopping and errands for household goods Bringing in and opening any online orders, putting away, and breaking down boxes Grocery shop and other errands Laundry for kids and putting away Organization and inventory of food supplies and snacks Packing sports bags and water bottles as needed Transporting children to/from school and/or after school activities and being an excellent communicator in doing so Taking children on outings or supervising play dates and extracurricular activities Night and bedtime routine Must Haves: COVID vaccinated CPR & First Aid training Clean driving record, no DUI or DWI Non-Smoker 3+ years of nanny experience Safe car for running errands Be able to provide 3 - 5 supervisory references Healthy and active - able to keep up with the kids Child development background ages and stages a plus
