Cleaning out buildings in Odin, Olney, Sumner, Clay City, minor repair

I've got previously abandoned buildings in each of Odin, Olney, Sumner, and Clay City, IL, that I need to clean out. At the moment, I don't even know what all is in there or their general state. I'd like to hire one person to join me to clean out the building in Clay City and then be responsible to do the other three buildings as time allows on their own. Ideally, I'd like for you to take photos of the buildings at the end of the day and then send me the images. We would likely do some minor repairs, like tarping any holes in the roof, replacing a window, and whatever other minor things the building needs. Pay would be $20/hour cash, to be paid at the end of each day, which should be about 10 hours. The first day would tentatively be February 9th in Clay City. After that, you could work on the other buildings at your leisure, but the sooner the better. We'll be loading some things into my box truck, and then I'm planning to rent a dumpster to discard the rest. However, you'd be welcome to anything that would otherwise go in the dumpster, which would likely include all sorts of metal. Historically, when I've done this with similar buildings, there's been a bunch of scrap value, often about an extra $100/day if you've got a truck that can haul it, so if you've got such a truck, you should bring it out so that you can get an extra payday in the form of whatever you'd like to take out with you that would otherwise have been trashed. I imagine that we'll get started around 6:30 am and work until about 4:30 pm. Additionally, you should bring a headlamp if you have one, since the electrical will be turned off.
