MARIETTA, GA — After trying to identify the suspect for more than a week, Marietta police arrested a man who they say shot at the front door of a home three times over multiple days earlier this month. Police said a man — now identified as Tevin McDonald, 29, of Smyrna — drove to a home in the Manning Road area and fired a gun at the front door on three separate occasions over two days. Marietta Police Department, Smyrna Police Department and SWAT team obtained and executed a search warrant on McDonald's home and car, and found the weapon believed to be used in the incidents. A motive for the shootings is unclear. McDonald was arrested and faces multiple aggravated assault charges, as well as second-degree criminal damage to property and various weapons charges. He was booked into the Cobb County jail without bond. Read more: 'Armed And Dangerous' Unidentified Man Wanted In Marietta: Police
