Happy Wednesday, people of Mobile! Here's everything you need to know about what's happening locally today. First, today's weather: Mostly sunny and cool. High: 53 Low: 33. Here are the top three stories today in Mobile: A pedestrian was struck and killed by a pickup truck on Theodore-Dawes Road Monday night. The unidentified pedestrian was struck around 7:30 p.m. by a 52-year-old man. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene and the driver was not injured. (FOX10 News) The Mobile Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred at a Chevron gas station early Monday morning. One shot was heard around 12:10 a.m., injuring one man. Authorities say the suspect approached the victim with a handgun, demanded money, and then shot the victim in the arm. (FOX10 News) The city of Mobile recently launched a web page about its upcoming redistricting process. Users can access information about the process, a FAQ list, and upcoming meetings.
