Brickell will match - 100% up to 4% of your 401(k) contributions - Free Gym Membership - Get your sweat on and enjoy a complimentary gym membership on Brickell - Flexible PTO + Holiday Observance - We know how important balance is for our team and offer generous PTO, as well as calendar holidays - 4 Day Workweeks - Team Members in Production roles will have a 4 day workweek with 10 hour shifts - Team Member Discounts Production Team Member - What You’ll Be Doing: - Managing the mixing and preparation of raw materials in large increments to be packaged as final product - Working on the production line to assemble the finished product to be shipped to customers worldwide - Overseeing basic level of machinery and production technology to ensure all equipment is running smoothly and efficiently - Managing personal and company standards of quality control by ensuring all aspects of production are produced correctly, i.e, packaged, sealed, filled, labeled and scented correctly. This is done by following SOPs and Brickell standards of operations. - Assisting in movement of inventory and raw materials, sometimes utilizing large storage and mixing drums, pallet jacks, and pallets - Other duties as assigned Logistics Team Member - What You’ll Be Doing: - Responsible for picking and packing boxes for orders coming in through our website to national and international customers - Assisting in shipping methods based on the customer location - Ensuring on-brand and quality packaging, marketing collateral, and paperwork are included in each order - Responsible for inventory management of finished goods and products, and relaying information to department management when stocks are running low - Collaborating with our Customer Service team on requests, returns, and ongoing issues, while also maintaining a positive customer service relationship - Assisting with production activities in manufacturing as needed - Other duties as assigned Inventory Team Member - What You'll Be Doing: - Loading and unloading trucks - Picking and processing warehouse transactions - Operating all equipment safely and as ergonomically as possible - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment - Supporting Production, Shipping, and other departments as needed - Assisting in inventory counts and maintaining process controls - Supporting management in any tasks assigned - Training others on system processes and inventory tasks as needed - Other duties as assigned Quality Control Team Member - What You’ll Be Doing: - This is an entry level position - Monitoring, investigating, documenting and working with Quality and Compliance Manager to resolve quality issues. - Auditing conditions and actions, documenting and assisting in corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues noted. - Performing routine stored inventory quality checks in the warehouse based on the schedule. Modifying the schedule as needed as issues arise. - Perform intake tests on items that are being received to determine accept or reject status. - Recommend improvements to processes that will improve quality. These may be as simple as changing a process to make it easier or creating a mistake proof “Poka Yoke” process. - Provide quality support in the absence of the quality and compliance manager. - Provide production support to production team members as needed. - Promote a positive personal and product safety culture by “being the example”. - Work closely with the quality and compliance manager to continuously improve the adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) program. -Assist in creating work instructions as assigned by the Quality and Compliance Manager. - Understand, promote and adhere to all QMS policies based on ISO 22716:2007 and CGMP programs. - Process and document returns from customers - Other duties as assigned You Are: - A motivated self starter that is very organized and reliable - Able to operate basic machinery and hand/power tools - Able to use industrial chemicals to clean, sanitize, etc. - Flexible with job duties differing day to day - Experienced in a production environment is a plus - Comfortable utilizing a computer, math skills, and problem solving skills - Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team - Be able to handle repetitive motions on a continuous basis while being on your feet for up to 10 hrs per shift - Be able to handle loud noises for the duration of shift (Ear protection will be provided). - Able to lift up to 50 lbs and have sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a warehouse environment; walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time; frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, and twist; push, pull, & lift
