Central Maine Property Management seeking a full-time maintenance person (40 Hrs./ week over-time available). Able to assess, fix and maintain a wide variety of general maintenance issues that arise within maintaining property. We service Lewiston, Rumford, Augusta and surrounding areas.
Needed: Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, skills; Clean background check, valid driver's license, dependable transportation, basic tools, honest character.

The hours for this position would be mostly Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Pay rate based on experience, happy to compensate if fit above description.
8 Paid holidays + 1+ week paid time off, mileage, $100 phone stipend/ month. No health benefits at this time. Willing to rotate on-call once every 4-5 weeks (compensated extra accordingly)
