The Maintenance Technician is responsible for answering service requests, getting apartments ready for new occupants and maintaining/repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, small/large appliance and some light interior/exterior painting when needed. To qualify for this position you must have 2+ years experience in building maintenance, strong verbal communication skills, ability to lift up 80lbs, push/pull up to 200lbs, a valid driver's license, insurance and a vehicle.
