Established General Contracting Company, based in Wasilla, Alaska, is hiring a seasoned individual with proven Construction Carpentry experience and extensive carpentry skills. Candidates must also have experience in leading multiple projects with excellent leadership qualities. Our Company project experience includes all aspects of residential, commercial, and governmental construction, along with Davis-Bacon projects when awarded. This position is available immediately and offers a year-round work opportunity with overtime when needed. A Hiring Bonus will be offered after 90 days of proven employment with the company. • The Construction Carpenter must have at least 2 years of proven all around construction experience; • Must understand and have the ability to construct a project per engineered drawing specifications; • Must be quality driven with extreme attention to detail; • Must be able to complete tasks, comprehend directives and manage a team environment with minimal instruction and oversight; • Must be highly motivated and a positive self-starter with excellent communication skills; • Must have a willingness to work wherever the job may be (typically in the Mat-Su Valley and Vicinity). • Job Availability: Weekdays and occasional Weekends. • Key employee benefits available after 60 days. • Hiring Bonus after 90 days. • Random drug testing may be required; • Valid Driver’s License is required with reliable transportation. • Applicants may call 907-892-9109 or email a resume to apply Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type: Full-time
