hi i live in hillsboro,, i rent this old house been here for the past 17 years,,, about 10 years ago i rented a room to this guy about a year later i started to see this weird in this guy so i told him he needed to move out and he refused to move, and i kept telling him he needed to move out and every time he would say same thing, he would not move,, and now i need to move out of this house and still wont move out,,, he lives on a foot high of garbage in this room and garbage from his room spills out into the hall and i have to clean it,,, called an attorney and he said i needed to come up with $5000 in order for him to take my case and i dont have this kind of money,,, if i move out and leave him there goes my good credit and my perfect rental history,, please any one out there have any idea on what to do or how to do an eviction with out legal help i just cant afford it,,,, please txt me with ideas please i would really apreciated,, thank you
