Work Environment: - Work for this position is performed outside, regardless of weather conditions. - Work is performed within a production environment, subject to temperature variations, hazardous chemicals, mechanical parts, increased noise levels and dust. - Have a good understanding of daily tasks, and perform it in a safe productive manner, without errors. - Make sound decisions in preventing hazards to yourself and co-worker. - Perform all rail loading activities following AAR practices and standards. - Obey all OSHA, FRA, AAR, local and state guidelines and regulations. - Properly wear safety equipment when working in and around rail. Job Requirements: - Driver's license is preferred. - Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds. - Must be able to frequently bend, twist, lift, and practice safe lifting methods. - Must not be afraid of heights. Schedule, Compensation, and Benefits: - Local schedule, day or night shift work. - 12-hour shifts, up to 16-hours per shift. - $1K-2K per week. - Payroll is paid bi-weekly. - Full Medical Benefits provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield. - Life Insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401k, identity theft protection, pet insurance, paid time off and so much more!
