RPM-Motorsports in Mesa, AZ is currently looking to expand its team. We are looking for: Fabrication / Welder: • This is an entry level position • Need to be able to MIG weld or have a basic understanding and are willing to be trained in the welding trade. • 30-40hrs per week • Flexible scheduling • Room for growth within the company as your skills progress. • Pay is based on Background and entry level skillset ($15-$17ph) Automotive Technician: • Looking for a Tech who can do Basic to Moderate task’s such as Oil Change, Transmission service, coolant Flush’s, but also be able to do basic R&R to install our performance parts. We can train on some of the specialty task’s. • Must have your own tools, we will designate a bay as your space. • Flexible Schedule • Room for growth within the company as your skills progress. • Rate per hour is negotiable / all payout is based on book time completed per week ($20-$32ph) General Shop Technician: • This is an entry level position • Must have reliable transportation • Set schedule 32-40hrs per week (Typically 8:30am to 5pm) • Responsible for all packing and shipping of online merchandise orders • Keeping the shop organized • Checking in deliveries • Running errands per the shop needs • All misc. tasks as deemed needed • Pay rate is $13-$15ph •
