Description
A successful and fast-growing construction cleaning company that has been in business for more than 10 years needs a field supervisor.
We need someone with the following skills, experience, and expertise:
- Has good driving record and can drive around the Maricopa County area. The job mostly deals with driving. This is not an office job.
- Someone who can visit job sites, intelligently talk to superintendents, note what needs to be done, estimate work needed (scope of work, manpower required).
- Can do scheduling: make phone calls and schedule jobs with the superintendent and subcontractor.
- Able to meet subcontractors and explain the job.
- Check and track job progress for all ongoing projects.
- Can work full time, Mondays thru Fridays, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Willing to extend hours on weekdays and on some weekends when the company is busy, or when necessary.
- Should be able to lift things of about 30 lbs (may need to do some lifting like supplies/equipment when needed).
Please also note the following:
- Experience in the construction or cleaning industry is preferred. We will train the right person. This could be a permanent position for the right candidate.
- Job is also open for entry-level, fresh graduates and ladies.
- Bilingual people are welcome
- Rate is $20/hr, with company car and bonuses.
