I have a few properties that occasionally need work done. Looking for someone to build trust with to work on said properties. Right now, looking for someone to run water to washer, and hook up gas dryer (gas line already present) and vent. Also change out 2 shut off valves in basement (ceiling is open, very easy access). Would like to have this done by Friday evening. Upcoming jobs include: re-routing plumbing for new kitchen and bath (drains and pex supply lines). Carpeting 3 bedrooms and stairs in one house, and 2 bedrooms and 2 sets of stairs in another. I will only respond to ads with an hourly rate given. Thank you.
