Looking for a Maintenance Tech for 100 unit apartment complex. Position is currently PT, and could potentially become FT(Salary) after 6-months. Must be available (Tuesday - Saturday 9:00AM-1PM.) Must have Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance (Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, and pool maintenance.) *APPLIANCE KNOWLEDGE NECESSARY* -Able/Willing to be available for emergency calls if needed -Able/Willing to help move appliances We can offer 1x1 unit at 20% discount for the perfect fit, after pronbation period. Qualifying candidate(s) must have the following: *3+ year experience *Appliance repair knowledge *Pool Maintenance experience *Customer service experience *Able to do Turn overs in timely manner *Good Attitude and Reliable *Has own Tools and transportation *Basic knowledge of Plumbing *Basic knowledge of Electrical *Painting and all things to do with unit turn-overs Please email your resume or drop off at our office(Tue-Sat 9AM-5PM).
