Description

Manufacturing company in Commerce looking for a facilities custodian. Responsible for the day-to-day activities involving the cleanliness and maintenance of the building, facility, and any/all ancillary equipment/machinery. Duties: -Performs typical maintenance tasks to support production floor and the entire facility. -Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on the facility or grounds. -Maintains parking lots, stairwells and walkways clean. -Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department manager. -Report findings and initiates work orders when necessary. -Manages hazardous waste labeling, storage, and disposal per regulations. -Fulfills requests for ongoing and special room needs and meeting setups. -Responsible for processing order request for production supplies. -Performs Clean Room Technician’s job duties as needed. Position is temp to hire. Must be able to pass a background screening. Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
