Full Time Position Available Pay: $18-and up depending on experience We are looking for a new crew member to join our Superior Signs Team. The position is one that requires 85% -90% of time in field doing beginner to advanced sign installations with other crew. We are a locally owned family business with over 35 years in the trade. Clean driving record required. Some construction experience is recommended but if you are willing to learn we can teach. Responsibilities and Duties: - Experience working in the construction industry as a fabricator and knowledge of installation is a plus but not required - Ability in measuring, inspecting finished product and installation - Ability to work in a team environment - Working on the install crew setting signs in field and inside businesses - A positive attitude with a dedication to high quality work and craftsmanship - Ability to be professional and personable with customers and inspectors - Lots of room for advancement with in house training in CDL, welding, Journeyman program and Crane certification If your application is accepted we will contact you for a preliminary phone interview before scheduling an in person interview.
