We are looking for a motivated and energetic person to join our small team. We are a locally owned company providing record management services (document shredding, storage and scanning) to businesses in the Eugene\Springfield area. The ideal candidate will be part of a small team providing excellent customer service to our customer base. This is an entry level position where motivation and maturity will count more than experience. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Here is an opportunity to enhance your skills. The successful candidate will train with our drivers to obtain a class B CDL. As a new hire part of your job will be to assist our shred truck drivers. You will be expected to pass a CDL written test to acquire your CDL learners permit. Once you have successfully passed the written CDL test you will be able to drive trucks with one of our CDL drivers riding along. After a successful training period we will assist you in taking the driving portion of the CDL exam. The job duties will be split between truck driving and warehouse/delivery work. Must pass Drug (including marijuana) and Alcohol Screening, as well as a background check. Responsibilities: Various warehouse tasks including but not limited to retrieving files from storage and delivering to client in company van. Tracking boxes in storage Ability to drive scissor-lift Assist Shred Truck driver Learn to drive and operate shred truck Eventually drive shred truck route to service clients Required Skills/Abilities: Good communication skills; ability to receive and relay information quickly and accurately Strong attention to detail Positive attitude; works well with others Friendly, professional demeanor Ability to be active all day, regularly lift up to 40 lbs A desire to learn new skills and take on new tasks Flexibility and ability to assist other positions/tasks when needed High School Diploma or equivalent Required Licenses: Driver’s license (no cdl required), clean driving record Benefits (full time employees): Primary Care Medical Coverage 401k with Company Match Paid Holidays Paid Time Off
