Property Management company seeking temporary demolition laborers to work on tear down of several vacant units in our 185+ unit portfolio. Job duties include tear down of walls and flooring, cleaning and preparation of construction sites as needed, including removing and properly disposing of debris and waste material and shoveling materials to and from construction areas. You will be required to have a valid driver’s license, have experience in construction and the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
