We are looking for the right person. Dependable, smart, punctual, kind and patient. Someone familiar with operating construction equipment, loaders, back hoes, farm tractors. You don't need to be an expert, but you do need to be efficient, safe and experienced. You need to be able to dig a foundation, within a couple inches, backfill and compact, trench for water and sewer lines and place the lines. This same person needs to be a mechanic. Able to change oil, filters, starters, brakes, hoses, welding, etc. Someone who understands 12 volt electrical systems and can wire brakes and trailer lights, etc. No engine or transmission rebuilds. Big stuff like that we send out. We are a construction company, so there may be times you will be asked to do some other tasks like help pour concrete, frame or landscape. But I am not very concerned about your skill level with those things, just a heads up. You will need basic hand tools, so that you can do your mechanic work. Which will mostly be in the field, for now. We will be building our shop later in the year. You must have good transportation and cell phone. We are going to start the right person at $33- per hour. Plus punctuality bonus and performance bonus. You could earn over $100,000- per year. Hours available to work is Mon thru Sat 7am to 5pm. No alcoholics or drug addicts. Drugs and alcohol do not mix well with heavy equipment.
