Requirements: -Valid driver's license & clean driving record -Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis -Ability to be standing, bending & moving for up to 8 hours a day -Ability to climb & use scaffolding / ladders What you bring: -Previous vinyl experience is a plus, but not required -Excellent attention to detail & devoted work ethic -Ability to be self-motivated & work with a team -Positive & driven attitude -Fast learner & adaptable to new situations What we have to offer: -Competitive pay (Experience Based) -3M Certified Training -Structured team work environment -Paid vacation / holidays -Health Benefits -Retirement program with employer match -Long term growth & stability -Location outside of cities for easier commute What you will be doing: -Working closely with our team of trained 3M Installers to learn hands on graphic installation for cars, trucks, snowmobiles, and non-illuminated metal & plastic signs. -Building boxes & crates to ship orders -Prepping cut & printed graphics -Removing old graphics from vehicles -Prepping vehicles for wrapping -Working with x-acto knives and scissors -Using power tools to cut substrate & remove vehicle hardware
