I am a successful business owner and contractor who is looking to get out of the business in the next year or so. I will be selling off some equipment and working on multiple projects for myself including 4 recent home purchases and plans to continue to keep buying more. My goal here is to help a handful of very hungry, skilled, loyal, and dedicated people that feel they aren't paid well or appreciated enough where they are at but are still working and giving their current employer their best. I am going to select some resumes and help a few people become their own boss and learn how to run their own buisiness. If they can convince me that they are skilled and motivated enough to put their all into this right now and convince me that failure is out of the question.
