RESUME REQUIRED WHEN APPLYING Small Destin highrise in need of a maintenance supervisor to oversee all property maintenance and team members. This includes exterior maintenance and cleaning, in unit maintenance, and grounds & pool upkeep and maintenance. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years of successful supervision experience as well as 3+ years experience in trades, facilities and/or residential building maintenance. Supervision, being a role model for staff, and taking pride in your work is a must. In addition to staff supervision, this position requires adhering to, and documenting, ongoing preventative maintenance schedules, attending to building emergencies, and establishing long term plans for continued care of the property. Follow up and follow through to completion on all tasks is required. Candidates must possess strong organization skills and good working knowledge of technology, computers, software, and smartphones. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed. A CPO license is needed for this position. Pay is dependent on experience. Hours are generally 8 - 5 but paid after hour work may be required to attend to issues.
