We are currently seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team! Full time, year round, experienced maintenance technician position for construction company in the St. Louis area. Applicant must be self motivated, dedicated, and have the ability to work alone. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Pay is based upon experience. Flexible schedule. Insurance benefits provided after 30 days of employment. Responsibilities: • Complete given work orders in a timely fashion. • Assess the issue at hand, and determine what needs to be done to repair. • Estimate time and extent of repairs. • Perform routine preventive maintenance. • Keep track and record progress of work orders. Qualifications: • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields • Must have own maintenance tools and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload • Deadline and detail-oriented • Must have a smart phone • Must have reliable transportation
