We have an immediate, full-time Maintenance position available at our new dog training facility. Smart Dog Dallas is a well-established, family-owned dog service facility located on the West side of Downtown. Job includes, but not limited to:  General maintenance of a 4000 sqft building and attached outdoor yard  Project leader over additional labor to complete special projects. For example: Building a barrier with gravel & tires to reinforce the bottom of a chain-link fence, building acoustic panels, tweaking portable fencing  Pitching in to help other team members with mopping, window cleaning, etc. We are a small, tight-knit team, so a positive attitude and dependability is crucial. Must meet the following requirements to apply:  Handyman/woman experience including using power tools & basic construction techniques  Able to lift 50 lbs  Able to work well with a team and follow plans with deadlines  Have a “Safety First” attitude about dogs, power tools, ladders, etc  Comfortable around dogs of all sizes  Have good communication skills and be flexible about changing projects & priorities  MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION If offered this job, you will be subject to a background check.
