Seeking a dependable and reliable, full-time employee with experience and passion for farming, and pasture maintenance. Please apply if you are interested in becoming a part of our team at our family established cow-calf operations located in Eastern Oregon near Hermiston. Position Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Build and mend fences, barbed wire and wooden • Haying and farming practices • Assist with working cattle, sorting, and branding • Keeping cattle well fed and watered • Utilize equipment such as tractors, loader, backhoe, skid steer, dump truck, etc. • Operating and maintaining power tools, hand tools, mowers, and other equipment **Prior relevant experience is preferred** Position Requirements: • Reliable transportation to work • Enjoys a hands-on work environment. • Have and maintain a valid driver’s license • Able to complete tasks with minimal supervision • Good attitude, strong work ethic, and takes initiative • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions, year-round.
