Part Time Job Small "extra income - cleaning job" We are a cleaning company with cleaning project at a school dining hall in Delaware that needs a Working Supervisor for the cleaning project Monday thru Sunday, (every day), for (4) hours per day. The Hours of Service Are 10pm to 2am each night, Monday thru Sunday. This Is A SEVEN Day A Week Commitment - Must Be Able To Work Every Night. The Working Supervisor Duties Include: Supervisor Responsibilities: *Manage A Team Of Technicians and Cleaners On Project To Achieve A High Level Of Quality & Service *Communicate Job Expectations To Cleaners On Project; Monitor And Review Project Progress *Effectively Communicate With Clients Onsite *Serve As Primary Point Of Contact When There Are Customer Issues Related To Customer Service, Accidents/Mishaps OnSite. *Communicate Customer Issues With Operations Manager and Devise Ways Of Improving The Customer Experience To Resolve Problems and Complaints *Organize and Maintain Supplies and Working Condition Of Cleaning Equipment As A Working Supervisor, You Will Also Be Responsible For Supporting The Cleaners In The Following Duties: *Full Clean – Dusting, Sweeping, Mopping, Vacuum, Trash Removal, Clean Restrooms, Sweeping, Wipe Down Services, Disinfect High Touch Points, Clean Glass Windows and Doors. *Move Tables and Wipe Down Soft Seating In Order To Remove All Food Debris Under Tables And In Crevices. *Wipe Down Railing And Sweep/Mop Floors In Elevator Compensation: $19 per hour *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, and/or Run. Qualifications: MUST Have Reliable Transportation MUST Pass A Background Check MUST Be Vaccinated. Must Show Proof Of Vaccination Previous Cleaning Experience A PLUS NOTE: This is NOT A CASH UNDER THE TABLE Opportunity. Must Be Legal To Work.
