We are looking to grow our crews. We offer a flexible work schedule, training, a change of scenery every day, and the opportunity for you to be valued as a part of our team. Training wage $18+Hr/Based on experience -40hrs per week with possible overtime -3-4 Day work weeks -3Day Weekends -Flexible schedule -Vacation -Paid sick time -Retirement Heres what we are looking for -We prefer prior experience working with windows/doors/carpentry preferred. Will train the right person if you are mechanically inclined. -A good problem solver -Integrity -Team player -Good customer service -Professional -Clean driving record for last 3yrs. If your uncertain, just ask. -Able to work independently on your own or in a team setting -Must have basic math skills addition, subtraction, fractions, etc -Must know how to read a tape measure. -Good communication skills verbally and written.
