The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing leaks, and providing repair and regular maintenance solutions. They will also assist in determining scope and pricing for projects. There will also be a focus to help increase the client base for our monthly commercial and multi-family property maintenance programs. Time for this position is split between the field and the occasional office meeting. Responsibilities for the Service Technician include: Project documentation and customer service Assist the production team in repairing Steep & Low Slope systems as directed Produce projects on time and with accuracy Thoroughly document the installation and produce complete project closeout documentation What benefits can our team expect?
