**PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING LINK TO APPLY: General Description of Duties: Plans, organizes, directs and performs the activities and work involved in maintenance and administration of all winery facilities, equipment and grounds. This position will be responsible for all Oregon wineries. Establishes equipment maintenance programs; often supervises journey-level maintenance mechanics (both in-house and subcontractors) having welding, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry and electrical skills. Perform preventative maintenance and repair of facility equipment and grounds. Obtains quotes and cost estimates on construction projects; compares bids and makes recommendations to management. Prepares budget and monitors related expenses. Responsible for all state water quality reporting for well and wastewater. Will interact with vendors on capital projects and warranty issues. Required to maintain state certification on applicable equipment. Maintain necessary replacement parts inventory. Provide a weekly list of department projects. Formulates and monitors company facility standards. Responsible for the employment, employee motivation, counseling and discipline of employees supervised. Work closely with company engineer and GM in construction planning, execution of new facility building, or existing facilities. Keep records of all “as built” drawings. Implement & maintain company maintenance software Works with management and winery staff to implement the JFW winery sustainability program. Oversees facility landscaping, grounds maintenance, and security system. Experience and Training: Requires a well-rounded knowledge of winery maintenance, construction, design and administration. Associate of Arts degree in trades, journey level or equivalent experience. Seven years of progressively responsible facilities development/construction activity, including the supervision of related staff. Good computer skills. Must have a valid Oregon drivers license. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely around electrical equipment, machinery and chemicals. **PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING LINK TO APPLY:
